Water is an essential item to have at hand at all times.  I’m sure you’ve heard you can last 3 weeks without food but only 3 days without water.  Yada… yada… yada… well.. it is true, but what you may not realize is that long before the end of that 3 days (actually 3-5 days and some say 1 week) – but simply by depriving your body from fluids (by choice or not) your body starts to go through some changes – cells and organs begin to deteriorate – water could mean the difference between life and death.
